Bridger Peaks, completed in December 2004, is a 60 unit affordable rental property for seniors located in Bozeman, Montana. The property features a large community room, game and puzzle area, walking path and community garden. During construction, a pedestrian bridge over Waltons Stream was installed to allow residents access to the adjacent shopping center. Alex Burkhalter served as a key member of the development team. Financing partners included Montana Board of Housing, Sun America Affordable Housing Partners and US Bank. In 2021 the property was sold, with deed restrictions in place, and Alex’s involvement came to an end.
