Cottonwood Terrace II, located adjacent to Cottonwood Terrace, brings an additional 50 units to the senior housing complex. Completed in August 2009, and again in partnership with the Campbell County Senior Citizen’s Center, the property features ample community space, including a patio and kitchen. Alex Burkhalter served as a key member of the development team. Financing partners included Wyoming CommunityDevelopment Authority and Sun America Affordable Housing Partners.In 2022 the property was sold, with deed restrictions in place, and Alex’s involvement came to an end.
