Creekside Commons, a 31-unit community for seniors in Kalispell, Montana, opened its doors in January 2024. Located just north of the Gateway Community Center and all the services and activities within it, the property gives residents many outlets for community connection just outside their door. The one and two bedroom apartment homes are served by an elevator and a secured entry, and the property features a large community room and patio, a library, an exercise room, a craft room and raised planter beds for the resident green thumbs. Housing Solutions, LLC served as the Developer and Co-General Partner along with Hearthstone Group. The financing for this affordable rental property was provided by Montana Board of Housing, Mountain Plains Equity Group (which was subsequently acquired by National Equity Fund), First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank, and NewWest Community Capital.
