Completed in February 2006, Dickinson Place brought 48 townhouse style affordable rental homes to Dickinson, North Dakota. The three bedroom homes feature an attached garage and 2.5 bathrooms.Alex Burkhalter served as a key member of the development team. Financing partners included North Dakota Housing Finance Agency, Sun America Affordable Housing Partners and US Bank. In 2022 the property was sold, with deed restrictions in place, and Alex’s involvement came to an end.
