Hayden Commons is a 24-unit family community located in Evanston, Wyoming. It opened its doors in February 2019 and is made up of two-and three-bedroom apartment homes. A playground is also located on site, and all homes are accessed through a secured entry system. Housing Solutions, LLC served as the Developer and General Partner. The financing was provided by the Wyoming Community Development Authority, Mountain Plains Equity Group (which was subsequently acquired by National Equity Fund) and First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.
