Pioneer Village III, the third phase, is currently under construction next to Pioneer Village II and will add 24 more two- and three-bedroom apartment homes for families in Cody. Completion is anticipated in early 2027. Housing Solutions, LLC is serving as the Developer and General Partner. The financing for this affordable rental property is being provided by the Wyoming Community Development Authority, US Bank Community Development Corporation and First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.
