Polson Gardens, a 24-unit community for seniors in Polson, Montana, opened its doors in January 2026. Located near the heart of downtown behind Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the property puts a grocery store, pharmacy, the senior center and a local park within easy reach. The one and two bedroom homes are built as single-story fourplexes, each with a private patio outside the front door, and residents share a community room and raised planter beds for the resident green thumbs. Housing Solutions, LLC served as the Developer and General Partner. The financing for this affordable rental property was provided by Montana Board of Housing, Slate Capital Partners and First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.
