Housing Solutions, LLC served as the Developer and Co-General Partner along with Lake County Community Housing Organization. The financing for this affordable rental property was provided by Montana Board of Housing, Mountain Plains Equity Group (which was subsequently acquired by National Equity Fund) and First Security Bank, a Division of Glacier Bank.
