The property is located near shopping, job opportunities and on a bus route with service every 30 minutes. The property shares community facilities with Union Place. Alex Burkhalter was a key member of the development team. The financing for this affordable rental property was provided by Montana Board of Housing, Sun America Affordable Housing Partners and US Bank. In 2022 the property was sold, with deed restrictions in place, and Alex’s involvement came to an end.
